Sheva is a visionary company specializing in real estate projects on the island of Lefkada in northwest Greece. Dave Azar and Oren Haimov, the owners of the company, are involved in every project from the initial stage of identifying and locating potential deals, through the acquisition, concept building, enhancement, architectural planning, licensing, permits, personal and close project management, and post-delivery handling.

We carefully select locations close to major cities (Lefkada City and Nidri), allowing our buyers to rent out the property at attractive prices throughout the year.
Dave Azar has been a prominent figure in the Israeli real estate sector for the past 20 years, specializing in land acquisition, permit procurement, property construction, and sales. With 22 successful projects under his belt – most of which were located in Tel Aviv and handed over to satisfied clients – Dave is widely known for his expertise and professionalism. Having evaluated the market and recognized the advantages of value appreciation and annual yield, he has recently expanded his real estate activities to Lefkada, Greece.
Oren Haimov brings a wealth of experience to his work in real estate, drawing on three decades of experience in international hi-tech companies. With a background in technological engineering, he is uniquely positioned to understand both the technical and operational aspects of real estate investment. Over the past 25 years, Oren has invested extensively in the Israeli real estate market, gaining comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of the sector. As a result, he is able to help clients make informed and profitable real estate decisions.
